Most of us live in a state of constant distraction. The demands of family, the divisiveness in today’s society, the push and pull of too many commitments can leave us empty and unable to live with ease. How then can we find the space needed to create and appreciate the beauty around us?
We invite you to join us for our newest offering, Mindfulness Meditation: Making Space for Art. A guided session suitable for new or experienced meditators, this training offers the opportunity to discover the renewed energy, focus and creativity that arises within each of us- artist or art lover- when we are better able to re-connect with ourselves.
When: Please arrive 10 minutes early to set yourself up.
Who Should Come: All are welcome!
What to Bring: BAM will provide a limited selection of cushions, benches, and chairs for use in the gallery space; please feel free to bring your own cushion and a sweater or shawl to ensure you are comfortable.
