In this two-class workshop you'll be guided through the process of creating a multipage collage accordion book. Our accordion-fold books will be made with a sturdy front and back cover, a ribbon tie and watercolor paper pages to then collage using various multi-media techniques and processes. Using art papers, book and magazine pages, tapes, stencils, paint and more, you will create a beautiful book that can represent a specific topic or just random ideas. Accordion books are a unique 3-dimensional way to present our creative expressions and possibilities.
Paper, glue and paint materials will be supplied, but bring a favorite pair of scissors and any of your own images or bits and pieces to personalize your work!
