BAM is a proud participant in the Blue Star Museums program, offering free admission to our nation’s active-duty military personnel and their families, including National Guard and Reserve, from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Click here to learn more.
Parking: Free street parking is available to Museum visitors, on Hope Street (Route 114) as well as throughout the surrounding neighborhood. There are also several public parking lots in downtown Bristol, please see the parking map below.
Accessibility: Our entrance and first floor galleries are wheelchair accessible. Our second floor spaces and classroom are wheelchair accessible by lift. Unfortunately, without on-site parking we are unable to offer handicap parking spaces. The Museum entrance, however, can be accessed by car via Wardwell Street for visitors seeking direct drop-off at our entrance. Service animals are allowed in the museum.
Additional Visitor Info: We have a coatroom and restroom available in the first floor reception area. Strollers are permitted within the galleries. We invite patrons to sketch in our gallery spaces. Please avoid wet/messy/permanent materials, pencils only.
