In an era defined by speed, immediacy, and endless digital circulation, the artists in this exhibition reclaim the value of attention, material, and the human hand. Working across glass, embroidery, drawing, painting, and mixed media, they use their materials to explore ideas of reflection, memory, and narrative.
Thread becomes image, molten glass becomes form, pigment becomes atmosphere unfolding into stories. Each work carries the visible traces of its making, stitching, casting, carving, layering, and building, inviting viewers to slow down and look closely. These artists explore themes that resonate with contemporary life: memory, fragility, endurance, and our relationship to the natural and emotional worlds around us. Moving between the intimate and the monumental, their work bridges craft traditions and contemporary artistic inquiry. |
